Bid Review and Financial Analysis:
Contractor bid-leveling review. Overall project budget development and tracking.
Estate Maintenance & Project Oversight:
Develop and execute service plans for interior, exterior, landscape projects.

1099 Project Management:
Scalable, white-label, high-level project/customer support for construction firms.
Subcontractor Buyout Support:
Prepare buyout logs, bid packages, bid comparisons, and work with trades to get you the qualified bids you need.
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop realistic schedules. Assemble cashflow and labor projections. Run construction coordination meetings with owners and architects. Change management. Invoicing and billing. Quality control, punchlist, project closeout.
Permit Expediting:
Licensed MA construction supervisor with deep experience with Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk County permitting. Recent permits in Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Andover, and Concord.
